I’m developing Juridical AI into a startup, beginning with tools for legal education and professional supervision. The aim: make the reasoning, verification, and human decisions behind AI-assisted legal work visible.
Its research includes Project Rainmaker, a proposed study of how experienced lawyers review AI-assisted transactional work. The platform and studies are in development.
As an Affiliate Scholar at Falconer Point Advisory, I advise on responsible AI adoption, professional ethics, and securities law. My focus is what AI means for senior practitioners, law firms, and the way lawyers are trained.
At Osgoode’s Investor Protection Clinic, I am a Research Fellow. My research examines how AI is reshaping investor protection—from investment advice and disclosure to AI-enabled fraud and market manipulation, and the potential for AI to improve retail investors’ access to redress and justice. I also contribute to the Clinic’s research, publications, policy work, and student training.
